ENTRANCE TO BATH ROOM
Revitalise body and mind with our exclusive Roman Baths circuit. In this unique experience, you'll have access to an immersive and relaxing bathing room where time seems to go backwards. The circuit consists of three pools at different temperatures, inspired by ancient Roman rituals, for a deep and revitalising treatment.
Start in the Tepidarium, with a mild temperature of 32ºC. This relaxing pool is complemented by hydromassage jets directed at various parts of the body, helping to relieve tension and provide complete relaxation.
Next, enjoy the Caldarium, heated to 40ºC, which favours vasodilation and opens the skin's pores, promoting a feeling of lightness and well-being. Here, a fountain carefully positioned for the shoulders, neck and back intensifies relaxation and relieves accumulated tiredness in these areas.
To complete the circuit, the Frigidarium, with its invigorating 19ºC water, stimulates blood flow and offers an immediate energising effect. This stage is also particularly beneficial for the health of the scalp, revitalising it.
