Yes, we recommend booking in advance. In Acqua Veritas Spa always works exclusively by reservation (for individuals, couples or groups), so booking in advance helps to guarantee the time you want.<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n What is the cancellation or modification policy?<\/summary>\r\n

Cancellations or changes are possible up to 48 hours before the booked date. For groups > 6 people, the notice period is 5 days. After these deadlines, it is not possible to change or cancel with a refund, as the exclusivity of the space makes other bookings impossible. In the case of a refund of amounts paid, bank fees associated with the issuance of payment references will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

Only the people on your booking. The space is dedicated in exclusivity mode for the duration of the experience.<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

We provide individual lockers. Lock it with the key and keep it with you (we recommend the wristband on your wrist). We are not responsible for items left outside the locker or unlocked.<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\u00c9vora Historic Centre: Rua do Imagin\u00e1rio, no. 11 (rear of Santo Ant\u00e3o Church, between Pra\u00e7a do Giraldo and Largo Lu\u00eds de Cam\u00f5es). Parking at the garden opposite the Garcia de Resende Theatre and at the rear of the Theatre (approx. 5 minutes walk).<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

All experiences include the Roman Baths circuit. You can add a relaxing massage, exfoliation, hot stones, and a tasting (regional and seasonal products; for children, juice). Please indicate any dietary restrictions when booking.<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Can I choose a masseur (male\/female)?<\/summary>\r\n

You can indicate your preference at the time of booking. We'll do our best to accommodate, subject to staff availability.<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Can I photograph the space during my experience?<\/summary>\r\n

Yes. During your reserved period, the space is exclusively yours. Take photos discreetly to remember the moment.<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Is there a Gift Card? How does it work and is it valid?<\/summary>\r\n

Yes. You can offer experiences with a fixed value (there is no open value). You will receive the voucher in PDF format by email or, upon arrival, in physical format. The validity is 12 months from the date of purchase. Advance booking is recommended.<\/p>\r\n

The voucher has no price; it is non-refundable, nor replaceable if lost\/misplaced. It can be exchanged for another experience of equal or greater value (paying the difference where applicable).<\/p>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

You should arrive around 10 minutes before the scheduled time for your booking. Once your shift has started, it is not possible to make up any missed time.<\/article>\r\n
